Growing up, I always knew the nutrition basics but as I got older I realised I needed to do something different in order to make a dramatic change to my body, mind and career. I’m a passionate cricketer and 18 months ago my results were tracking well after a new training regime set in but as most beginners tend to find, I soon plateaued. My fitness goals weren’t being met so I started working with Chantal to ensure my diet was meeting my training expectations. After six weeks of enjoyable and easy to follow food guidance designed for my needs, I reached my goal of 10% body fat while maintaining energy. Currently, Chantal is in charge of my in season nutrition so I maintain both the playing capacity, and the physique I want.
